1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

High 14's would be my guess. maybe even 15's.  These cars weren't really that fast by today's standards.

The new challenger is way to big=heavy=slower track speeds.I.ll bet that T/a is closer to "stock " than the new challenger. :smokin: :grinyes: :dogpile:

I always find it more instructive to compare the best times rather than random times, as the reviewers are typically all over the place.  Not unusual to see different tests get 1 second difference in 1/4 mile.

Best time I've seen for stock Challenger T/A is 14.3 @ 99 mph (Wiki), so not surprised to see what is probably a worst time of 15.4, just over a second slower than best time.

There are many reviews with 6.1 Challenger running low 13's.  Not sure what was wrong (driver or car?) with the 6.1 in the video, but they were running more than a full second worse than what a stock 6.1 is capable of.  Motor Trend got a 13.1 out of a 2009 6.1 when the Challenger was first introduced.
