Bay Area repair shop suggestions?
« on: September 12, 2013 - 03:25:25 PM »
Recently bought a 70 Cuda resto-mod and over the past few weeks discovered some leaks and minor mechanical issues I'd like to get repaired. Looking for a shop in the San Francisco Bay Area CA that does mechanical stuff that someone has used and is trusted for muscle cars. Nothing major, mainly gaskets, seals, clutch etc. Prefer the East Bay near Concord, Walnut Creek, Antioch etc if possible but willing to travel a bit to a good shop. I know a lot of you probably do your own work but I'm not equipped enough to do my own. Thanks for any leads.

Congratulation on the Cuda. I hear positive feedbacks from my club members about Dito Motors at Day City. They worked on new and old muscle cars, not just Mopars though. Give them a call and pick their brain. One thing though, they are busy all the time.

If minor issues, do you want to work on it yourself? There are quite a few members including myself in the Bay Area and many members on this forum would love to answer questions you may have.
