71 billboard cuda with matching trailer

I'm sure this has been posted before but I figured we could visit it again.  Saw this again at the Frankenmuth 2013 show this year in Michigan.  For those who don't know, Frankenmuth is the Christmas Capital of the world.  I did hear that this is now the largest show in Frankenmuth which makes it larger than any of the special Christmas shows they have there . . . .

This car belongs to a long time Mopar Guy who I met at the Mopar Nationals selling parts.  He plays in a band that was featured there at the show.

What a novel idea, but do the doors close?
I would have made a better attempt at matching the trailer to the car, billboards, spoiler etc...

Curious, any idea what it looks like buttoned up and ready for the road?  The tarp is EZ to figure out but not sure about those doors - but if the doors don't close, then travel storage in the trailer is limited to the trunk?

The trailer would be a lot cooler if it had a front end and you could drive it. Waste of a good car in my opinion. But that's just my

I've seen this trailer on the web earlier....with a differnt reg. number though...
Apperently,..the front part slides aftwards closing the doors ??
It sure is unique...I would love to see it in person one day.
Too many bone stock e-bodies at shows these days.... if you ask me....

So they do close! Looks like the entire front assembly of the trailer must slide back and forth to open and close both doors simultaneously. That's a nice little piece of engineering there although it came at the expense of a Barracuda.

I keep coming back and looking at pics of that trailer and I've come to the conclusion that the only way they could have made billboards work on it is if they had used red vinyl/leather for the cover. I have a feeling that black billboards that close to black vinyl would make it too black. The only major red left would be the deck lid and even that is broken up by the go wing. I had the opportunity a couple of years ago to pick up the back part of a Challenger to make into a trailer. Had a brain fart, turned it down.
