Different tanks due to venting / emissions , N95 emission equipped cars were different but the volume was the same

There is only one size gas tank for all Cudas. Your 71 should have the gas tank vent tube in the trunk requiring four tubes out the right side of the tank.
You need a CR8E tank.
I've taught you everything you know.....but I haven't taught you everything I know !

My car is a N95 car. Do I still need CR8E tank? What was the emissions on the car?  My tank is gone but the four tubes are still viable from the underside

My guess would be that the vents coming from the gas tank are routed through the 4 vent tubes on the unit coming out of the trunk.  If you remove the 3 screws on the unit on the right side of the trunk you can see how those 4 lines are all crossed.  I also have a N95 car.

If you get a new tank I would just get as mentioned below the emissions tank with the four vent tubes and just run 3/8 lines to the unit in the trunk. There should also be a piece of sheet metal covering up those lines if you looked in the wheel well.  Connects by two screws,
