Inspector tag

Could anyone post a picture of the inspector tag location on a ebody . When I got my car A shot time ago i got a small bag and inside I found the fender tag and this thin inspector tag thank you .

And the inspector tag is just a rusty colour . This could be due to the age of the car OR should the tag be body colour cheers

Yes that looks like it  the tag I have is about 3in long  thank you cuda hunter for taking the time to send me that photo cheers

My a body one has one that is about three or four inch's long.

Has areas where the inspectors would stamp, then pull off each section as it goes down the line.

I'll try to get that pic this evening.

My inspector tag was bolted under my fender tag.

That edge is sharp as a razor too

Hmm I had a small thin little strip hidden under my fender tag.  Didn't look anything like that.  Maybe it was an LA assembly plant thing?
