Interesting lift. Anyone have experience or seen one?
« on: October 08, 2013 - 09:51:37 PM »

This was posted on another forum.

Anyone have any experience with this?  Sounds like they were out of production for a while.

I dont prefer those types of lifts due to  partial block of undercarriage and not enough head space to stand up underneath it for me.  Also takes up too much floor space:   2 post lift is the way to go : I have actually parked another vehicle under one already on my 2 post

On the one hand in a low roof garage like mine  7 1/2' it might be handy, but storing it when not in use would be a pain.  :-\

Brad, they claim you can lay it down and park on it.  That wouldn't be the worst solution.  But it you are in and out more than a few times a week with the car, that might be a pain having to line it up just right every time.

I had this lift called a Kwik Lift for several years. Great lift for 8 or 9 ft. ceilings. Has a bridge for bottle jack and jack stands. Lot safer than working on jack stands. Only negative is you still on a creeper. Can do just about anything with it and when you need to you can take the front stands out and lay it flat and park on it. Sold mine to a buddy when I bought my 4-post, he has it for sale now but shipping would be costly unless someone was in driving distance. Also this does not have to be lined up to park on every time because the rear tube holds it aligned. Look at the website or call and talk to Danny.
