How tight shaker hood seal fit ?
« on: October 31, 2013 - 11:54:27 AM »
When I close the hood on Cuda, the shaker hood rubber seal requires extra effort to close it. Its impossible to describe the amount of effort, but I feel like its more than when new.

Should there be any noticeable amount of effort required ?

either the seal is stiffer than factory or the shaker is sitting high , the bottom of the vents should be above the trim ring but not by a lot

:iagree: It sounds like the scoop sitting to high to me also :2thumbs: the bottom of the vents do sit level with the hood.
