Hemi orange! I haven't stopped grinning since Saturday. That was the first time I felt like everything was working well enough to put the pedal all the way to the floor, and boy did it all come together the way I hoped it would. Not only spun hard at the end of 1st gear but was also sinking me into the back of the seat launching. I'm in love!

Thanks guys, I appreciate that. People like to look at our  cars, but they can't realize the work and time that it took to get them where they are today. This car was gone, abused and patched to keep it together through the years. Eight years ago I was too ignorant to realize it should be scraped, six years ago I had done just enough that I could only see what it could be. Four years ago I was too far into it and too stuburn to stop. Two years ago I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. Today all I care about is going out in the garage and looking at it, and hearing it purr every now and then.
