Drum to Disc Conversion on the cheap

I have a 71 Challenger that has drums on all 4 corners.  I would like to put disc on the fronts without breaking the bank on Willwodd or some other source.  What is the best option in your opinion?  Also, I would like to go from Manual to PB.

Snag the set up off a mid to late '70s A, B, E, F, J, or M  body. Most parts can be sourced out of salvage yards for a few hundred bucks and be rebuilt or traded in for rebuilt pieces for a bit more. You'll want spindles, caliper brackets, calipers, rotors, prop valve, and master cylinder.

Scarebird is another option , uses the drum spindles with an adapter to common calipers & rotors
