I didn't pay close enough attention when removing the originals to notice the orientation of the oil holes.
When the shaft is installed, are the oil holes offset towards the exhaust port side or the intake port side of the pedestals/

When the valve is open & the rocker is tipped this will put the oil hole in the center of the load on the rocker
