Vacuum for Power Brake from Manifold or Carb ?

I've got a Holley street Dominator manifold with a 4 port carb (Holley Avenger 4150 870cfm el.choke).
Where do you get your Power Brake Vacuum from? Manifold vac intake or Carb vac intake?
Is there a difference?
Currently I have mine connected to the manifold intake.

Manifold vacuum for power brakes.....I have seen carbs that have manifold vacuum in the baseplate but most manifolds have a nipple or place for a nipple for the purpose.

I agree , the brakes draw off the manifold , it will not affect any given cylinder where the vaccum is drawn from , the PCV should connect to the carb base so it is distributed to all cylinders evenly .

Definitely manifold vacuum. You want it unmetered so that you have as much as possible to utulize. As Bullitt said, the
nipple at the base of the carb works, or a port on the manifold.
