Shaker hood cable

I'm putting a shaker hood on a factory A/C car. If any of you have done this, did you put the shaker door cable on and if so where did you drill the hole in the firewall? It is supposed to go right where the evap. hoses are and I can't see anywhere else it would go. The ac box seems to take up the whole inside of the firewall!

Those pics are for non a/c cars mine has a/c and would not work in that location. Probably another reason other then the compressor why there's no shaker on A/C cars. : (
