NEED ADVICE JUST SOLD MY 1970 CHALLENGER

Ok I just sold my 1970 Challenger to a guy who flew 6 hours to pick it up.  Any ways we agreed on a price $51000 over the last few weeks.  I told him about a "gremlin" in the electrical system that sometimes turns over but no spark.  He said he knows what that probably is and is ok with it I also told him it has no spare a jack (no big deal) I also told him he gets the original block and heads, it has a different block in it now.  So he flys in, I pick him up, show the car at midnight and the cars runs like new, he looks at the car and says "ya know it gonna cost me alot of money to fix the electrical problem and it needs a jack and tire".  WTF he tries to low ball me after all I have disclosed every last thing I know about the car.    I get pissed, so I say "The price is firm or the deal is off".  He back pedals and says " I am still very interested in the car".  So I drop him off at his hotel and mention on the way that I have the original intake and carb as well.  He says "how much is that worth to you".  So my question is what is the original carb and intake worth should I sell to this guy.

What is special about the carb and intake?  Is this a Hemi?  If anything else since you are giving him the block etc, give it to him at agreed price.  I guess Im supposed to know all the details of your Challenger, but I don't.  I guess it all depends if you want to keep the stuff or not.

Use it as a bargaining chip.  Sounds like he was hoping to get the price down.
If you can get $50k for car, throw in the intake and carb.  It's only worth $300-$500.

    Get the price you agreed upon and toss in the intake and carb to make the guy feel like he got something extra too..  Simple Pshychology goes a long way sometimes...

What you agreed upon is what you agreed upon. If you throw in the intake and carb will you feel like you got beaten down afterwards? Go with the original deal or send him home. I have no use for people like that.

If there was full disclosure, I would have dropped him back off at the airport not the hotel.

Throwing in the carb and intake is no big deal, they wouldn't be usable for you. I wouldn't drop a nickel on the price. If he wants to waste time flying around the country, well good for him. If he found a different problem you hadn't told him about that would be different.

I agree, I'd throw in the carb and intake at the agreed upon price.  It's only a few hundred bucks and you are finalized with selling the car plus it should stop his pathetic attempts at low balling you.  If I offered the carb and intake at agreed upon price and he still tried to go lower I would increase the price by 100 bucks everytime he opened his fool mouth until his ass was back on the plane and he wasted all that time and money.
