Wiper linkage

Wiper arms for a -70 Barracuda, 2 sp motor.

The below pic shows the part of the wiper arm that connects to the crank arm of the wiper motor. When i got the car, this was in pieces and i lacked the "cover" thingy to the left.

Think i have it all now but i am not sure in what order it goes back.
The spring, should it just lay there as in the pic? Am i still lacking something?

The spring position looks correct to me. I took mine apart for you. There seems to be a slight design change between yours and mine. My "cover thingy" has those "fat" plastic sections as part of it. Had to edit this post, just noticed something. Where's your housing with the center metal shaft?

Here's another common assembly mistake. Note how the arm goes in between the narrow section of the hub.

JayBee, really appreciate your help. Hope you had it all out of the car since earlier...
Thanks!
