I will be selling my rallye gauges to buy a set of standard gauges but I need to know if the wiring harness is the same on both gauges or are they different.

They have to be different since the standard setup doesn't have a tachometer. That might be the only difference though. I think you are safe.

You'll also need to add a light bulb socket for the oil warning light, rallyes have a gauge.

I'm curious, why do you prefer a standard gauge package over the Ralley? Usually it's the other way around, I'm changing from standard to Ralley. :dontknow:

Here's how to convert a standard harness to a rallye harness:
change oil pressure senders
cut the wires off the oil light
connect the grey oil light signal wire to the oil gauge
connect the dark blue oil light wire to the tach power. (This wire is 12V ignition switched)
run the tach signal from the negative coil post to the tach
splice 12V continuous power from the cigarette lighter to the clock

Probably you already know this, but you have to change the light bar to the standard light bar. I think the ralley and standard light bars aim the light in different spots.
