Turn Signal Wiring
« on: February 11, 2014 - 11:03:31 AM »
:feedback:Hello out there. I'm looking for some help with a wiring issue on my 73 Challenger. The fender top signal lamps are not working. I have replaced the bulbs and checked the connections. Looking at the wiring diagrams it appears they are on the same circuit as the dome light which is also not working. The wiring harness is new as is the ignition column and engine harness. Can anyone help with this...thanks in advance.

If it's not a fuse, do your front and rear turn signals work?

Do the lights come on when you hook 12v to them? They are tied to the turn signals through the turn signal wire at the parking lights.

They ground at the socket on the fender top.  Are you getting a good ground connection?
