Tonys Parts for trim
« on: February 18, 2014 - 10:14:31 AM »
I saw a post in the parts section, about a fella that needed some vynil top trim and got shafted.  I put a vynil top on my non factory vynil equipped Cuda about a year ago, and needed the whole stainless trim set.

I was then guided to Tonys Parts:  I'll tell you, they got everything I needed, the parts were used/OEM, and not a ding in them.  I polished them myself, and they were practically new looking when done.

What really stuck out to me was their customer service:
1. They took their time and talked with me on the phone and got me the parts that I needed, not what I "THOUGHT" I needed.
2. Mailing was quick
3. I had two lower right pillar post vynil trim pieces in my spare parts bin:  They traded one of my rights for the left that I needed, free of charge, and sent me the left that day w/o me having to wait:  They trusted me to send my right out to them, which I certianly did
4. Initially, I thought the guy that I talked with on the phone was a little short with me.......  But I'm a slow southern boy :rebel:: and it was just a matter that most northerners tend to be a little quicker when it comes to phone conversations and business)   :)

Bottom line, they have almost every piece of hard to find trim that you might need for your Mopar.  They have a good and plain catalog, and even if they don't list in it what you need, call them:  It might be there or they know where to get it

Amen to that.  Tony's is one of the best after market/NOS/used sellers there is for the Mopar world.  I had to chuckle about your comment with the tech being a little short with you, because I had the same thought the first time I dealt with them, but it probably is more to the point that they are in a hurry up mode and moving from one sale to the next.  Great to deal with, though, and obscenely knowledgable.
