If you're keeping the car, it really doesn't matter how much it will be worth (to someone else). If you are planning on doing the resto with your checkbook, you'll put more money into it than you can sell it for. If you're going to do a lot of the work yourself, it will be more rewarding, both emotionally and financially.
As far as the color goes, for resale value, the original limelight/sublime will probably give you the better return. It might not be your cup of tea, but the sublime is a pretty desirable color.
Sounds like a very nice car you scored. There are plenty on this site that would kill for a limelight R/T.
