Got my nosey neighbor to help me, great guy but always reminding my about the HOA rules.
He huffed and puffed, but we got it out.  Don't like he'll be back soon, walked away rubbing his back, haha.

Harbor Freight is AWESOME, bought several of the $2 tarps, used 1 to work on in JY and the other 2 to line the car.
No drips or runs, clean as can be.

I got my eye on a tranny jack, it'll be a 1 time thing, but with the weight of this thing and only $75, I think it's a must have.
I expect to have this thing in and out several times for fitting.

Don't think there's very much fluid left in it, they punched a hole in the pan, and we tipped it on its side and very little came out.
This thing is just a PIG!

A very easy way to tell a lockup from a non lockup without taking it out of the truck or van, is to look at the connector on the side by the reverse light/neutral start switch. A non lockup has 2 pins showing, a lockup has 3 pins. Any more pins and it is a computer controlled later model trans.

If the trans is out of the truck, you can also pull off the converter and see the different tip of the shaft that goes into the TQ. The non lockup looks just like a normal 727 on the end.

That's not so bad. I thought it was heavier. The 4L60 compleate with the T/C is 189 pounds.
