The '72 Challenger kit is $249.00 and comes with the clear lenses, new gaskets for the lenses, LED arrays mounted on laser cut stainless steel tabs, a no-load flasher and detailed instructions. Normal shipping in the continental U.S. is $12.00.

It is the other way around - the white is on with the parking lights then blinking to yellow.
