Need Heater Core Recommendation
« on: March 14, 2014 - 05:36:27 PM »
Any good recommendations for a replacement heater core?  I ordered one on eBay for $65 and it is a very poor fit.  It is aluminum.  Did I just happen to get a bad one or should I stay away from the lower cost aluminum ones altogether?

Thanks, and yes I just read that yesterday.  Looks like the problem is with most, if not all, of the Spectra cores.  Wish I would have come across this a week earlier.  It would have saved time and headaches.  Thanks for the lead though.  Really appreciate it.

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.
