Anything mopar-relaterad to see or do in NYC
« on: April 02, 2014 - 03:30:57 AM »
Hey,

I'm in NYC (, well Park Slope, Brooklyn to be honest) for a week. Been here numerous times before so I've seen all the touristy things I've wanted to see in town.

Can anyone recommend any mopar/musclecar-related things to see- or do around here?

Thanks!

It is a bit early in the year and weather wise, not so great. I'll try and check out the local club schedule for you ASAP. Otherwise, if the weather is good, take the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) from Brooklyn to Jamaica to Bellmore train station (Babylon Branch) Friday afternoon. Try to arrive at Bellmore station at around 5:30 - 6:00pm. At the Eastern end (the trains traveling direction) will be a car show of all make, model & years.

Should the day be warm and nice, 3000 + cars can show up.

Getting back to Brooklyn should be thought out
