New Leaf Springs
« on: September 17, 2014 - 07:52:56 PM »
I bought some new rear leafs from ESPO, for my 72 Cuda, for over $400.
They are designed to raise rear 2 inches higher than stock.
I ran them for a week, but did not like how high the car sat.
Some one want to come and get them. Will sell for $100.
They are quality stuff.

You can buy a front spring hanger to lower it.
I bought 1" over and didn't like the jacked up look either.

I might be interested. I live in Kennewick. I am Concerned about raising it up too much with 2 inches though. However, mine are really sagged and i need something.

 :iagree:

The ESPO springs will sag a little more.

I would get the multi hole front hangers and see if you're happy with the ride height at the top hole.

IMO you took them off too soon. They do settle/sag some in a month or so. The multi hole hangers would have worked too. Great deal for someone though!  :2thumbs:
I had ESPO plus 1 1/2" on mine and liked the stance. I only swapped them out for composites when I changed my car for handling.
ESPO equipped... First picture is fresh ESPO install, second is about a month after.

I am going to be driving through Tri Cities on the 10th of October and would be happy to trade you some cash and take them off your hands if they are still available.

Do you still have the springs or did they sell already?
