Ah Excel, my favorite MS tool.
I'm in the process of the conversion, easy math you can do in your head.

Since the OD reduces the RPMs by ~30%,  just take 10% of your current RPM, multiply by 3, then subtract.

Say you turn 3000rpm now,
10% of 3000 = 300
300 x 3 = 900
3000 - 900 = 2100 rpm

All independent of tire or gear ratio

I am too getting ready to install one, I think I am liking the 3.91 with A518 seems to provide the best all around set-up. Your final gear ratio is 2.70, I currently have 2.76 rear gear and like it very much on the highway.

I have 3.73s now, wish I would have stayed with the 3.55s
Modern low profile tires are shorter than the old 15 sizes.

I have 275/40/18s in the back, only 26" tall.

I'm running the 3.73 gear and it's been great for long cruises with the 518 OD and still has pop off the line.   :burnout:
1973 ‘Cuda   Semi-Pro Touring
360 SB - 518/OD auto tranny - FAST EZ EFI - Edelbrock Fuel sump - HHR fan
Hella H4 headlights on relays - 97 Dodge Avenger seats - Chin spoiler - Bumpers pulled in to ’72 offset
