After following this thread I decided to check out the factory service manual on torsion bar installation, and this "clocking" thing. On all carlines(Dodge)this was the procedure. (1)Insert torsion bar through rear anchor.(2)Slide balloon seal over torsion bar (3)Coat both hex ends of torsion bar with multi purpose grease.(4) Slide torsion bar in hex opening of lower control arm.(5)Install locking ring, making sure it is seated in it's groove.Nothing is mentioned about clocking.I just did this job and with the exception of getting right and left correct I just shoved them in the rear mount, moved each lower control arm either up or down to align the hex end with the LCA and that's it.I had the upper control arm bumpers off,the adjuster bolt screwed in a couple of threads. After putting the bars in I cranked the adjusters to about where they were when I started and I came within a 1/2" +/- of my original ride height.
