    904 to 727 driveshaft lenght

    I'm pulling the 318/904 out of my 74 Challenger and going with a 360/727. Car has the 8&3/4 one wheel peel rear end in it. My question is do I have to have my drive shaft shortened or lenghtened and if so by how much? Thanks

    should be a 4" cut with the 727
