71 cuda rear seat area what goes here and anyone know what these are and for?

Those reinforcement brackets are for a deck lid spoiler, the hole in the floor has round steel plates that attach using a sheet metal screw

Those are 1970 brackets NOT 1971 brackets

It depends on what trunk lid you have. Maybe the previous owner bought those on purpose ?
