Shipping glass isn't cheap. Get the rest if you need it as well.
AMD is the main source of repro glass.
There are AMD distributors all over the country.
When I bought mine, I piggy backed my order onto a $5K prior order from the distributor I bought it from.
I didn't pay any shipping. Ask if they'll do that.
AMD doesn't charge shipping on bulk orders of $5K or more.
