AC to non-AC conversion wiring question
« on: May 02, 2014 - 03:31:59 PM »

Well I jumped the gun a bit and was hoping that I can finish this off somewhat quickly.

It looks like the wiring harness I have is for an AC car and the connectors are different. So I need to build a new adaptor to plug into the old AC connector (3 plug) and then make one for the NON-AC connector to the box (2 plug).

It looks by the wiring diagrams that you need the dark green and brown wires to make this work. Is this what others have done?

TIA
B

Again thanks to Dave at Roseville the clouds parted and I have seen the light.

The AC portion of the harness is an add on, so you can pull that apart and then plug that into the NON-AC box.

Hot dang!
