On the floorpannel under the Seat

This is under my 70 Challenger R/T on the Floor Pannel.
Looks original,
But my outer E-Body's don't Have this brakets.
Is this for extra Heavy driver?
This brakets are only on the driver side.

Cars with regular seat tracks did not have those braces/brackets.

How much more front to back adjustability do you get with a 6way over standard?

I don't think you get any extra. Just yesterday I was sliding both the driver's (I have a 6-way) and passenger seats all the way back and front. They both looked exactly the same to me.
