Blower motor trouble
« on: May 22, 2014 - 07:19:47 PM »
My blower motor won't run. Fuse is good. Power at centre terminal on back of switch (the one that looks a bit melted) but not at either side terminal on any speed. 74 Challenger A/C car. No power at connection to the motor under the hood. Help.  :1zhelp:

Check my old posts for my A/C blower motor diagram. Very simple circuit.

A motor that has to be greased will draw too much current and melt that switch. I was planning on putting relays in on mine to take the load off of my switch but haven't gotten to it yet. My motors are working fine if you keep them lubed up.
