    It's safe to say that divorce brings out the worst in people.

    Congrats on your new home purchase, enjoy the holidays regardless. I remember several Christmases while not at home and it was very memorable.

    So after the nightmare around Xmas time, our sellers actually backed out completely.  We had to scrape to find a short term lease so my family wouldn't be living in a hotel.  Well we have been shopping all over for 2 months now and we finally settled down, our offer was officially accepted today.  We close may 16th then this little adventure will finally end! Hahaha. The house has a 4 car garage!  A double stall, then a single that is tandem, 50ft deep so it is an official 4 car :)

    Little update, got keys may 2nd, been painting inside the house all week, but last night I rented a sprayer from HD and garage phase 1 is complete!  Today, it's phase 2....floors!
