No that I am aware of , it set up the same as the earlier diffs using the spacer + shims to get the load right on the brgs

Thanks CP, I'm seeing conflicting pinion nut torque settings, ranging from 180-290! And it makes a difference albeit its a solid sleeve, at 180 there is near no drag, at high torque damn pinion is near locked up

obviously the high # is too high or there is not enough shims to maintain the clearance needed so add a thin shim or torque to the lower end of the range

yep, got that no problems, the issue is what should the pinion torque actually be for the crush sleeve eliminator set up?

Ask Dr.Diff. I bought my sleeve eliminator from him. You can contact him through Ebay, through his auctions.

You should be able to crank it down tight and still get the final rotating drag specs set to the crush sleeve setting.
He includes enough shims to get that, in the kit.

Thanks ShelbyDogg, Cass emailed me the specs, losely, his pinion torque was way up there, the highest in fact, followed by a "but I just hit it with good impact wrench". So it doesnt look like there is any science to it.

its all togeather now so only time will tell if I have it somewhat correct.
