Are both front seats identical? (1973 Chally)

Title says it all. My driver's seat is in rough condition, but the passenger seat is very good. Can I switch them over?

I know the system that holds the seat to the floor can't be switched, but the seats themselves?

The seat back release levers will be hard to get to being on the inside if swapped

Ya. Doesn't look impossible, but I'm not sure I wanna try and switch those as well. I added about 3/4 inch under the rails, and that raised the back-end of the driver's seat. Now both seats have the same angle.

Can I re-bend the springs on my own, or am I asking for trouble?
