Seat track disassembly

Apologize if this is posted somewhere but the forum search and google failed me.
How do you disassemble the seat tracks so I can refresh and repaint them? I've poke and prodded them for a good hour but they won't give up their secrets.
Thanks!

Post a picture of the top of the tracks. I didn't disassemble my Challenger tracks. I just soaked them in EvapoRust, power washed them and repainted as an assembly. I did however just get done rebuilding my A-body seat tracks. I would guess they are similar but maybe not. I had to drill out one rivet on each track to get them apart.
