    1970 Cuda rear bumper

    I'm installing a new bumper on a 70 cuda the bumper has bumper guards it came with brackets 2 of which go to the frame the other 2 are square with a hole the only place I can think they go is on the back side of the bumper as a washer /support if anyone can help that would be great.
