Convertible top, lift problem

I'm gonna change my top soon. I have a problem with either the frame of the hydralics, don't know wich one. When the top goes up it has a hard time to rise at one point, seems like the drivers side to me, the pump works harder and then it snaps "over the bump" with a squeak. See the video link.

I want to fix this before I change the top if possible, is it even possible to fix after I put the new top on,it is the frame?
The frame looks good though, I tried to lubricate the joints with spray (just had electronics spray at home, with some oil in it, not the best, I know).
Did not do any good though.
At the second joint from the front there is what I believe is some kind of adjustment, looks like a wheel and a stopscrew next to it, what s that for?

Can you disconnect the cylinders and move the top yourself?  Maybe you can feel a tight/worn spot.  I have very limited knowledge with convert tops but I think that's where I'd start.

Check the pump and the rest of the system for leaks, low fluid will cause it to open slow.

 Mine had a certain spot where it slowed down, then it sped up again.  other than that it ran really smooth. I always thought it was due to the geometry of the folding top, where it had to pop the front section straight compared to the middle. Maybe some other vert owners could chime in.

Mine too, although a little lube each year smooths it out a bit.

I see some air bubbles in the hose to the driver side cylinder, gonna try to bleed it and refill some fluid. But I really think it is a stuck joint or something with a cylinder at one point, since there a loud squeak when it looses up, you can hear it in the video. Its been sitting for 10+ years before I got it last year. Also gonna get some better oilspray today.

I just bleed the system, filled some AT oil and ran the top up and down about 10 times with the filler screw open, filled again, and it seems to run better now. Still some air bubbles in the left leads though, but less. Its still a slight hestitation when lifting about 8-10" from bottom but from what I remember, my other 2 Challenger verts had that also. At least no big squeak now. I think it was lifting uneven and that caused the squeak.Thanks for the help!

Mine always had air bubbles, and does slow down at midpoint.
