Ya I noticed that too.  The only thing I could guess would be they are protecting the VIN for some reason and listing the Mecum registration number or some other number related to the auction.

Yup.... Lots of things wrong with it, I didn't look very hard but it was a G code & for $25K someone bought it right... Monterey really isn't a Muscle Car Crowd.... Actually thinking about it I'm remembering one of the cars I looked at had a Canadian issued VIN, not sure if this was it or not.. I know it wasn't a H code...

Well, in my book $25k for even a lowly  G code is a great deal indeed --  it's still a Challenger Convertible that looks to be in pretty nice condition!

Yup sorry didn't see any E body verts for sale at Monterey.. Saw one other one besides mine driving around...
