the yellow wire should only be "hot" when the key is turned to the START position.  When the key is in the Run position, it should not be hot.  I think I would start by finding out why the yellow wire has power on it when the key is the normal run position

:iagree:  Correct that & you've probably solved your issue...I'd start with a schematic & test at the large flat connector at the steering column & work to the bulkhead connector. Obviously wires are switched around at some point.

Get a multimeter & learn how to use it. Much better than a test light  :2cents:

Fixed...

I know how to use a multimeter just didn't have one available at the time.

I started at the flat connected under the column and tested, and it was good in the start position. Traced that wire back to the firewall inside the car still and still was good in the start position, go outside the car to the firewall and no wire. It was missing completely out of the connector. I'm not sure why it was missing but it was completely gone. Ran a test wire from where the yellow start wire was supposed to go to the relay and jumped the NSS switch and bam she fired right up front the switch. The yellow wire that I was using was the wrong wire completely not sure where it goes to yet, but I have a schematic and still working on a few more electrical bugs.

Thank all you guys for your help. I really appreciate it.

Great! The yellow wire is correct on the relay side, it should go directly to the bulkhead connector.
