What is a used 8 3/4 worth ??

I am restoring my 70 Challenger. It has 318/904 trans ( which is long gone now)
It has a 8 3/4 in it ( no idea on the gear ratio or condition )

I have no use for it, and will be putting in a Dana ( 440/727 )

I had someone inquire about the 8 3/4 ...

I will remove it, and install the new Dana,,,

What do you guys think the "old" 8 3/4 is worth ??
Not looking to make a killing, just curious if it's worth anything,,,,and if so, what a fair price might be, if it's not worth much, i might "donate" it to him

Do i leave the drums and brakes on for him ?? ( i am upgrading to rear discs, so have no use for them )

3.23 gear in good condition in a 489 carrier with a sure grip could be worth $4-500 without the housing & axles , if it is sure grip the sure grip is probably beat but 3.23 is hard to find , 3.55 is worth similar $$ too the 8 3?4 diffs stand up well so if the car was still running the diff should be fine

I sold a 1970 Cuda 8 3/4 rear end housing, complete with axles, and brakes (no drums) WITHOUT the center section for $50.00 and gave the buyer FREE delivery to Carlisle.
