What sequence for seam sealer, POR, & body plugs?

Now that I've got the mouse hotel out of my backseat, I'm getting the rest of the crud out of the interior.   That includes the seam sealer which is past the end of its useful life.  I'm planning to apply POR to the floor pan.  Should I do the POR first, then the seam sealer or the other way around?   Also, I have a replacement set of body plugs.     I would think these should go on after the POR dries, but I wasn't sure if the POR will create a fitment issue with the plugs.

POR first, then paint if you are going to; if not, plugs, then put the seam sealer on, which won't interfere with the plugs anyway. It is intuitive once you think through the sequence. I just did this last week.  POR won't affect plug fit.  My seam sealer was falling off so I replaced it with 30 year black house calk.
