I would assume it came with the R/T suspension but which one , The 383 had 4 leaf rear with front sway bar & .88 T bars , 440 +6 & Hemi had the 6/7 leaf suspension with front sway bar & .92 T bars
Hd brakes would be 11" drums or 10.75 disc
Not all that familiar with the A66 as I have never had one

Mine came with .92 T-bars, Front discs/power,  Front sway bar but no rear.  Also 15" Rally wheels however that may have been another option code.

I agree except the 15X7 Rallyes were only on the very early cars.

Mine came with 14" Magnum 500's and a full size spare. It also had the chromed tips on the dual exhaust, twin body color racing mirrors and the roof drip rail moldings, I don’t know if those were standard on an A66 or not.

They optioned in the Rallye instrument cluster, AM/FM stereo and three speed wipers. Built in LA 10/16/69.

I have an early A66 Challenger built October, 1969.  Came with the 340, bulge hood with decals, not the metal emblems (still on the car), 15 inch rally wheels (code W21), wheel well molding deleted, heavy duty suspension, the rear bumble bee stripe and the bumble bee decal in the window.  The car also had the original collapsible spare (code w34) still in the trunk.  The early cars required the 15  inch wheels and the collaps spare.  I bought the car in 1980.  Original owner was a girl who added a rally dash, power disc brakes, automatic trans, and sport mirrors.  The A66 package cost 258.90 on to a JH challenger hardtop or convertible.  An expensive option at the time.
I attached some early dealer information on the A66 package.
