EGR Valve Replacement Question
« on: September 08, 2014 - 02:28:37 PM »
This might be a dumb question but...I'm replacing my EGR valve today, will coolant flow out of the opening when the old EGR is removed or is a passage closed off from coolant flow?

No coolant in that passage.  The exhaust passage under the intake is what the EGR valve covers.  No coolant there.  There is only coolant at the front of a SB intake.
