In the process of ordering new torsion bars.
There is clocked and non-clocked versions. Whats the difference?
I figure it has something to do with adjusting ride height?

Correct!
Depending on the stiffness of the bar, the clocking will be different. More clocking for a softer bar. Kinda like preload on a spring.
