2.5" to the collectors?!!!
No wonder you're dragging. I'm surprised your suspension isn't constantly bottoming out, even with the .96" bars. My header flanges are at ~3.5" from the ground. I did raise them up from about 3" because I was dragging on speedbumps. I have Hooker Super Comps on mine (above the steering), and the TTI's should give you even more room than that. I have 1.12" torsion bars, Hotchkis UCA's, Bilstein RCD's, and reinforced stock LCA's with the small button style bump stops replacing the stockers. I run 275/40/17's on 17x9's all the way around, so my tires are only 25.6" tall. Rear springs are Mopar XHD's, they've sagged down so they're almost at zero arch.
I wouldn't sell the TTI's. You won't find anything out there that puts your headers any closer to the car than those. Maybe the shorty headers, but even those require some interesting head pipes to clear everything. Just raise the front of car up a 1/2" to 3/4". Even when I was at 3" the only thing I would usually drag on were speed bumps.
This picture shows my current ride height with ~3.5" to the collector flanges. Still a small rake to the car, just enough to know its not level or tail down.
Oh, and dfrazz-, that car of yours is gorgeous.
I have 5 3/4" clearance at the collectors. I'm running 255/50/17s on the front and 275/50/17s on the rear and have a nice stance IMHO. I would take CP's advice and add a leaf to get your a$$ up and adjust your torsion bars up too and you will still have a nice stance.
