B dody housing width

backing plate flange to backing plate flange on a B body diff housing, what is the width please, NOT axle to axle

Thanks guys, yes early and is that backing plate to backing plate or axle flange to flange

Thanks guys, by dimension A on that chart it's a 70's B body , so, I should be able to shorten it up and either re spline the axles or get others, rather re spline if possible due to cost of importing axles etc.
Anyone have a good method of housing shortening?...
