I have the turbos.  I'm running a 340 w/ a 0.030 overbore, TTI's step headers and 2.5" cuda exhaust.  They turbos are loud under throttle.  Not as loud as Flowmaster, but they also don't have the cruising speed drone the Flows have.
:iagree: Along with Performance thats why I went Dynomax.  ;) Couldn't stand droning and the cars I have heard sound to tinny.

The offence ladies and gentleman.  ;) :grinno:

I use Flowtech Warlocks, 3" header mounts.  Great sound.  And can be uncapped.

The droning really sucks if you drive the car very much.

Seriously     S -  U  - C -  K -  S.

My challenger droned with the Dynomax turbos when I was running a pizz-poor Demon carb.   On long drives I would get an ear ache on one side of my head.  (ended up wearing an earplug loose in that ear when driving)

I switched to a Holley 700dp and the overall engine tuning and the muffler sound changed night/day and the Dynomax mufflers were much better and the droning went away.   (MPG went up too)

LS S,  Until recently, I thought the Dynmomax were too loud too.  Now I think theyre great !
