You could buy a 73-74 AMD rear valance and just drill off the brackets you don't need :2cents:

Yea might have to Alan, thanks. I've got some time so I'll look for awhile. You would think there would be plenty out there since non cut out to cut out is a more popular swap.

Factory original, looks like July 1970 date code, rear valance WITHOUT exhaust cutouts. No rust, straight-never wrecked, but not perfect. Light scratches/dings. Good factory sheet metal. 70-74 Dodge Challenger
