here is what I am planning at the moment, I found a programmed 5 second delay relay design for automotive use and using a single adjustable pressure switch to control overdrive, and lock up....... still gathering parts.  I am considering indicator lights for when OD LU come in, no practical purpose but thought it has a cool factor :bigshades:

I'm adding LED indicators for OD & LU, probably just for the initial set-up and fine tuning.

I've already tested the circuit with an ohmmeter while driving, it'll just be easier to "see" what's happening with the LEDs.

Only tested the vacuum and relay sections at this point, the pressure switch will come once the trannys actually installed.

Ok, finally started the A518 transmission is in the shop getting a complete rebuild. So I started the wiring harness here is a few pic's. Got LED indicator lights working with a 5 second delay. Everything fits in the console.

Had to modify my wiring,  needed to add second relay, but it's all working now. Still waiting for transmission to get rebuilt.

Took mine out for the initial test drive, a few bugs to work out, but it is awesome.
Only 2800 rpm at 75mph, and no vibrations which was a concern.  Now I can keep up with the rice burners on I-95 without rattling my teeth.
Here's a shot at 60mph, only 1800rpm and I have 3.73 gears.
Glad I got the LU converter, I can definitely feel it drop a few RPMs when it kicks on, it's like having a 4.5spd auto.

I pulled the lines and cooler from the same 95 Van I pulled the tranny.
You can buy new lines and cooler for about $100 from Advanced Auto.
