resurrecting this thread not for the Metallic question, but to confirm the PPG  "recipe" for my impending Plum Crazy  paint job - (or I'd preferably get it for  Glasurit)

This top one is the recipe to hand over to my guys????

I would be good with that formula - have your guys shoot a small area first so that you are comfortable with what you have in mind.

The color looked ok with me when the shop trimmed out the under hood, trunk, and door jam areas, but since they took nearly four years to get to that point :walkaway: I had them make it a roller not too long after - been in a storage unit since 2010 while other priorities take precedent.

Any paint supply store should be able to mix up the factory code. I mixed gk6, ek2, a4 all in glassurit and  the codes came up easily. When I looked them up though I had to drop the first letter.
